Queensland Garden Expo

The Queensland Garden Expo has been rescheduled to 19, 20 and 21 September 2020 at the Nambour Showgrounds. Queensland Garden Expo is a ‘must see’ in 2020 for green thumbs and novice gardeners alike. Held in the Sunshine Coast hinterland town of Nambour this three-day expo is Queensland’s premier gardening event attracting 40,000 + visitors from all over Australia and New Zealand. Some of Australia’s leading Gardening experts take part in three days of lectures, demonstrations, and workshops. Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers

The annual Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is scheduled to be held on 18-27 September 2020. Activities are being undertaken to deliver the 2020 event, however, this is dependent upon directions from the Federal and State Governments in relation to COVID-19 and a decision on the progress of the events will be forthcoming after 1 July. Don’t forget Maryborough Open Gardens 2020

Subject to directives of government in response to COVID-19, the Maryborough Open Gardens will be held over 2 days on the weekend of 29 and 30 August 2020.  Town Gardens will be open on Saturday 29 August from 9.00 am to 4.00pm.  Country Gardens will be open on Sunday 30 August from 9.00am to 4.00pm. The Maryborough Open Gardens do not charge an entry fee.
